The staff was very friendly and the whole park was clean. Sites and roads are gravel and level. We would stay again.

Staff was nice. Sites were narrow for our TT and slide in the older part, but that's all they had. We didn't want to stay in the new addition. Pull thru sites are long enough for our tow and TT. Everything else was fine.

This place has the country setting about 10 miles from anything which is my type of camping. We were in a premium site which means a pull thru that has parallel parking. Lots of room at all sites. Roads are dirt with gravel sites. I thought the park layout was innovative since it's in the Foothills.

No issues here. The sites are not well defined and the parking can be confusing, but it was dark when we arrived. Lots of vehicles other than campers makes for close contacts. Sites are gravel and grass. Nice staff.

Friendly staff, held my reservation without deposit. Sites have different layouts, but ours was a pull thru, pretty level, gravel, wide and open. Shade in other areas. Roads are paved with plenty of room to maneuver. Good voltage and water pressure, but sewer location was for something other than a TT. Not much Hwy 71 noise even though the park is next to the highway. Lots of extended stays, but the management seems to dedicate different areas for long and short stays. Gated and fenced. Pool, showers, playground and other amenities for the family. Big stores and restaurants near by. We will return.

Rate was actually $140. The staff was nice. I don't know what to add to the other reviews. I would rate it a 10 if the sites were wider.

We were in a Deluxe site, not Preferred, meaning the front half of the pad is paved and the other portion gravel. Not considering the location and Pixy Dust, the roads are narrow and paved. Disney added road base and pads over a swamp and you are mainly limited to the man made areas. Parking at sites is very limited and no overflow parking. Voltage and water pressure was fine. The park is clean and has ground transportation to the main public area which has no parking for vehicles. I don't know when it was built, but believe it was years ago for smaller RV's. I wouldn't stay again if I couldn't get the Cast Member discount. I did enjoy hearing all the kids having fun.

This park in on a hill, but generally level. Sites are long and roads are wide with gravel. Electricity had good voltage and good water pressure. Lots of shade. There were some longtimers and older trailers, but they are spotty. We will return.

Staff was nice and easy to find. Sites and roads are wide with gravel and plenty of maneuvering room. Electricity had good voltage, but you might need a regulator for the water pressure. Cable has about 10 channels. Wi-Fi worked intermittly. There isn't any shade, but it's not a parking lot either. We will return.

Our premium site was not paved, but very wide. Staff was OK, but it's a busy place. Roads were gravel. Might try it again.

Nice grounds with nice staff. Sites and roads are plenty wide. Not much shade, but we were at an offwater site. Lots of other amenities.

The staff is friendly. There are roo many structures for the area. My slide is touching the next site's awning. The sites are grass with concrete porches.

Typical Texas SP camping, but I think the railroad organization now operates the park. Pick ur site, lots of shade, some pull thru sites that are partially paved. Good water pressure, electric voltage and easy driving. Having the train close was a nice adder. Rusk is on our return list.

Level, gravel sites that are wide with privacy buffers (hedges). Our pull-thru was 70 ft. long. Narrow, paved roads. Friendly staff. High water pressure, good voltage and sewer hookup. Swimming pool was open in February, but didn't try it. Very full with some extended stay visitors. Probably popular with winter TX visitors. Gated with an access card. Many facilities near by. Cable free with site and pay for Wifi.

Pull thrus had plenty of room to leave the tow and TT attached. Pads are concrete, wide and level, roads are gravel with plenty of room to maneuver. Power voltage, WiFi and security was fine. You need a regulator to control water pressure. Quiet grounds and friendly staff. They brought me a card I dropped at the office. We were just passing thru, but we will keep this park on our list of places to stay.

Our site was in the middle of a sandy, open field. No road base at site or on the roads. Staff couldn't access the reservation list or we could have had a nicer spot. Lots of Halloween trash and after 3 days there was no attempt to clean it. That brought the bees. Water pressure was low, voltage and sewer hookup was fine. No WiFi at the site. Not close to any towns. We'll pass this campground next time.

A private campground with a state park atmosphere in a hilly area. Staff was friendly and campground was kid oriented. Seemed to be a regular place for return visitors. Our site was a long, wide, gravel backin in a forested area. Good water pressure and voltage. We arrived at night and left early, so we didn't see alot of the park. it is on our return list.

We stayed in the woods portion in the park. Quiet, wide, well laid out park with tree buffers between sites. Water pressure, voltage and sewer hookup was fine. WiFi was weak and you have to subscribe. Roads are paved and had tight turns, but OK. Staff was friendly, but we had to move for a VIP camper after a few days. Used this location to go to NYC. We will keep this park on our return list.

Our pull-thru sites were long, level, graveled and not very wide because of trees. Good water pressure and voltage. Our area had lots of trees, but some areas are open. Staff was nice, but pretty stretched out because of the off season. Had to move to a different site after several days so a VIP could have our site. They showed up as we were leaving, so reservation system could be better. It's a 20 minute drive to Beacon Sta. and a 1.5 hour train ride down the Hudson River to NYC. We were there during Halloween and other campers seemed comfortable letting kids trick or treat. We will be back.

Sites and roads are paved, level and deep enough for my 30' TT. Pull thru sites are longer. Power voltage, water pressure and shade was fine. Clean area, grounds manicured and hotel maintained. Only issue was my wife heard the dog kennel next door, but a little added background noise fixed that. No road noise and easy to get on/off main hwy. We'll return.

The park was OK, but the staff wasn't friendly. Way overburdened with rules because of all the permanent residents. Sites were gravel and level. Best part was Parkers Sugerhouse just down the road. We will find another park on our next visit to the Boston area.

The 3-4 miles of partially paved road to the grounds is pretty rough, but it's not Arlington's fault. Old Rte.66 I heard. These grounds are a large, open, grassy pasture. Little shade, but in bottom land. Power voltage and water pressure was fine. The sites are not defined as most parks, but power pedestals were about 40' apart. Gravel roads. Access to James River. We'll return.

Roads, sites are gravel and level. Power voltage and water pressure was fine. Some privacy barriers between sites even tho this is a parking lot style camp. We were passing thru, so didn't spend much time here. We'll return.

State park atmosphere. Sites are long and wide, shady, secluded and paved. Paved roads, good water pressure, close to lake and pier. Sites are not very level, no store on site, but close. Each site has graveled areas, fire rings, tables and trees. Good for kids.

Paved roads and level sites. Lots of pull thrus. Many permanent residents. Arrived after hours, gate code didn't work from outside and no attendant on site. 1st power pedestal had issues, burned my plug and it was my fault. Waited hour for someone to help and he wasn't very friendly. Waited 2 hours after opening time and no one showed. Left, but paid few days later. Too much hassle for me to stay again.

This park is still being developed. Friendly staff, some paved roads & level sites, easy access & maneuvering, almost all sites are pull-thrus. Good water pressure & site layouts, country setting. Colorado River access, near boat ramp. No shade, few amenities, some road noise and a few long timers.

Level, wide, graveled sites. Some shaded. Paved roads and easy maneuvering. Locked, coded gate. Good water pressure. Hot tub and swimming pool that compliment the natural rock surroundings. Store, rally and fitness room, laundry. Boat ramp. Pull-thru and water front sites cost more.

Very friendly staff and quick to respond Easy walking in the park. Let me pick my spot to camp. Good access to Frio River. Sites are gravel, roads paved. WiFi worked fine in our isolated area. Store has rv supplies and food.

Nice place. Great lakeside atmosphere and open walking areas. Good water pressure, long, level concrete pads. The staff could be more friendly...they have changed since our previous stays. Seemed to want to find an issue. Screened our TT before letting us enter. Didn't give me gate code after late check-in. Not the warm, fuzzy feeling as before. They had no computer access after hours, so no sites info.

Roads are paved or gravel. Sites are mostly level concrete or gravel with a few back to back sites. Good water pressure. Gated and guarded. Easy access from roads and interstate, but no noise. Miniature golf, hot tub, big exercise facility. Golf course and Diamond Caverns near by. Small store. Park is showing some age. They also own Cedar Hill Campground, but it is closed.

Gravel, wide sites not level. Sewer sprinkler was behind (10') our site (#89 or #94) and stank. Steep residential road leads to campgrounds. Quiet.
